Either way, the unique properties of water make swimming perfect for people of all ages & abilities to exercise. Water is weight bearing, so it takes impact stress off your body while keeping your heart rate up and releasing mood-boosting endorphins. Floating, splashing and the beauty of the colour blue will enhance your physical and mental health, regardless of any impairments, injuries or mental anxiety.
